Mr. Emmets is a series 65 Registered Investment Advisor. He received his first Insurance and Investment licenses in 1991. He earned the CSA, Certified Senior Advisor designation in 1997, the CLTC, Certified Long Term Care Consultant designation in 2001, and the CEA, Certified Estate Advisor designation in 2004. Mr. Emmets was certified in Retirement Income Management in 2005. He is currently enrolled in the CFP and CHFC programs through The American College. Mr. Emmets is an Approved Advisor with the National Ethics Bureau. He is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army. Prior to obtaining the Sales Director title in mid 2009, Robert Epstein served as the VP of sales. Robert’s 21 year career within the Financial Services industry includes a three year tenure managing a branch office for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. in Coral Gables, FL, and two years as the director of sales for Charles Schwab’s Latin American Division in Coral Gables, Florida. Robert joined Seeman Holtz in 2008 after working as a financial advisor for SunTrust Securities and Wachovia Securities respectively in Bal Harbour, FL. Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh where he majored in Business Management. Back to top

Mike Golden

Michael Golden is an experienced financial and business advisor with over 40 years of professional experience. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry and a MBA in Executive Management. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Michael was a successful executive in both the microelectronics and environmental industries. As the CEO of Entech Environmental Labs, he built the certified analytical lab into a regional leader before selling the company in 1998. Michael believes that people in retirement should have their investments in fixed accounts with guaranteed rates of return. ERIC HOLTZ is a founding member and co-owner of National Senior Insurance, d.b.a. as Seeman Holtz. He is also a principal and owner of Seeman Holtz Financial, the money management firm for the clients of Seeman Holtz. Mr. Holtz was originally a general contractor after undergraduate school at Washington University in Saint Louis and graduate school at University of Florida. Mr. Holtz and Mr. Seeman were roommates and co-captains of both the football team and track and field team at Washington University. Mr. Holtz is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Advisor in Senior Living and a multi-year top of the table producer in the Million Dollar Roundtable. Mr. Holtz is also an investment advisor, series 65. He has conducted over 800 workshops and seminars across the country, authored numerous publications and hosted radio shows. Scott has worked for both large and small companies including Waterhouse Securities, which has since been renamed to TD Ameritrade, as well as institutional boutique firms serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for First American Capital and Trading. Scott has been nationally recognized as a leader in both client satisfaction and overall job performance. With a passion for people and finance, Paul meets with his clients to review their current financial situation and maps out their long and short-term goals. Determining the strongest possible strategies, he then customizes a plan specifically to help his clients best reach their financial objectives. Bruce, known for his Agency building experience, built the largest Life Insurance agency in the U.S. in the 70’s and 80’s. Bruce also assisted in the growth of Seeman Holtz’s Foundational Company, National Senior Insurance to an Agency of multiple outlets from 1999 – 2001. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University Bruce owns and operates a Beef Cattle Ranch on the West Coast of Florida. He and his spouse Charmaine, have two Ivy League lawyers for children and reside in Aventura/NMB Florida. Back to top

Prior to joining Seeman Holtz, Mr. Williams worked as an attorney in the Atlanta office of Greenberg Traurig LLP, an international law firm, and in the Miami office of Jorden Burt LLP. Mr. Williams counseled clients in the financial services and entertainment industries. His experience includes advising and providing strategic guidance to clients regarding various business and legal matters. Mr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, cum laude, and his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. Additionally, Mr. Williams was a high school state wrestling champion and a Division I college wrestler.
