Marshal Seeman

Position

Marshal Seeman is President and co-founder of Seeman Holtz and Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty. Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty is one of the largest and fastest growing agencies in the nation, with over 50 acquisitions in just two years and plans to continue expansion. Marshal graduated with a degree in business from Washington University in Saint Louis, where he and Seeman Holtz co-founder Eric Holtz were co-captains of the football and track teams. After college Mr.Seeman established and built several successful catalog companies that were eventually purchased. He is a multiple year member of the Million Dollar Round Table and is regularly consulted as an industry expert. Mr. Seeman is married and lives in Boca Raton.

Eric Holtz

Position

Eric Holtz is a founding member and co-owner of National Senior Insurance, D.B.A. as Seeman Holtz. Mr. Holtz was originally a general contractor after graduating from Washington University in Saint Louis, and then completed post-graduate studies at the University of Florida.

Holtz is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Adviser in Senior Living, and a multi-year top of the table producer in the Million Dollar Round Table. He has conducted over 900 workshops and seminars across the country, authored numerous publications, and hosted radio shows. He is a contributing writer for the Palm Beach Post and his column “Ask the Adviser – Post Retirement Financial Planning” appears weekly in newspapers across the country. Holtz was born in Southern California and now resides in South Florida with his wife and three children.

Alexander Petterson

Position

Alexander Petterson brings over 25 years of experience in the private client services industry. Initially, Alexander created his own private client team, cross-selling to physicians and osteopaths along with professional liability coverage. After 10 years of success, the company was sold to Brown and Brown. In 2002, Alexander made the move to a leadership position with Marsh and McLennan Companies, consistently performing among the company’s top Producers regionally. Alexander’s career has led him to focus on complete risk management with a primary goal of comprehensive insurance protection for his clients. His focus on complex solutions for highly successful individuals and their families has expanded his client base substantially to include certain notable high-profile individuals. Anthony Davis

Position

Anthony Davis is the executive managing director for Primera Capital Tax & Insurance LLC (a subsidiary of Seeman Holtz) & Tax and Insurance Franchisors LLC. Before leading our non‐standard division for Seeman Holtz, Anthony was a banker for a number of years. In 2009 Anthony left banking to become an owner/operator of a number of non‐standard insurance and tax offices in the greater DFW area. Anthony graduated from California State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Antonio Dicembrino

Position

Antonio’s father immigrated to the U.S (Long Island NY) from Italy at 18. There he met his mother, and together they had three children. He states that he got his work ethic and attention to detail from watching his father master his craft and build his own Tool & Die business in Miami FL since 1981. Antonio started his financial career in 1996 as a stock broker with Joseph Charles and Assoc in Boca Raton. He later moved to the Mortgage Industry in 1998 and created First United Mortgage Services in 2002 where he managed 40+ employees and averaged $2.5 million in revenue per year. Antonio sold his company in 2005 and was recruited by Metropolitan to run their corporate office, where he managed 80+ employees in the corporate office plus 8 branches. Antonio joined Seeman Holtz in 2010 and quickly became a Senior Advisor and Manager in Boca Raton. Antonio resides in Boynton Beach with his wife and two kids and he’s also one of South Florida’s rare natives. Licenses held – 2.15 Life, Health & Annuity.

Brian Self

Position

Brian Self has worked in the insurance industry for over twenty-five years, including being owner of Self Insurance Agency a member of the Seeman Holtz Family of Companies. He has enjoyed selling all facets of insurance; specializing in life, commercial property & casualty, group medical and ancillary benefits. He enjoys being active in his hometown community of Sikeston, Missouri. He has served as past President of both the Lion’s Club and the Sikeston Area Youth Baseball League. He is also serving an elected term on Sikeston City Council, where he is currently acting as mayor pro tem. Brian is a 1992 graduate of Arkansas State University, where he played baseball. It was also as ASU that he met his wife, Dana. They have been married for twenty-six years and have three children.

Brett Williams

Position

Prior to joining Seeman Holtz, Mr. Williams worked as an attorney in international and national law firms. Mr. Williams counseled clients in the financial services and entertainment industries. His experience includes advising and providing strategic guidance to clients regarding various business and legal matters. Mr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, cum laude, and his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. Additionally, Mr. Williams was a high school state wrestling champion and a Division I college wrestler. Mr. Williams is committed to helping each client achieve his or her financial goals and objectives.

Daniel Tepper

Position

Daniel Tepper has been associated with the Financial Services Industry since 1988 when he began his career in banking as a customer services representative for American Savings and Loan. In 1989 Daniel began his Advisor Career with Marketing One Inc. For the next 6 years Daniel specialized in fund portfolio investments. He was recognized as the Top Advisor out of 2,200 Advisors in 1995 in his organization and as well by Franklin/Templeton, Oppenheim and Nuveen. Licensed for Life, Health & Annuity, Daniel provided consistent and profitable financial direction for his clients. With a passion for business and an entrepreneurial spirit, Daniel opened and built a successful Health Club which he sold in 2004. From the proceeds of this successful venture he became a professional Day Trader until 2011 when he joined Seeman Holtz. With a direct understanding of the variables in Financial Planning both as a professional and a participant, Daniel is committed in sharing his expertise with his clients and associates.

David Anderson

Position

David Anderson runs the Vincent, Urban Walker & Associates office, an entity within the Seeman Holtz family of companies located in Green Bay, WI. Vincent, Urban, Walker & Associates joined the Seeman Holtz family in early 2017 and has been a major asset to the team, right from the beginning. David started out as a producer within VUW and quickly moved up the ranks to become the top producer in the company. After only a few years, David became a stockholder, then President, and in 2013 became the sole owner of the company. Prior to joining VUW, David had many years of experience in the insurance industry, as he is one of the original salespeople for IDS/Amex Property Casualty. Working with IDS/Amex at such an early age, David gained valuable sales and product experience that he carried over to the VUW team.

Frank Naclerio

Position

Frank is the Regional Manager for Seeman-Holtz branch operations in Florida. A native New Yorker and a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and International Business. Before joining Seeman-Holtz, Frank was the owner-operator or the Naclerio agency for 29 years, serving the Tampa Bay area. He is a published author of the book, “Insurance Wise”, which is an educational insurance guide for the consumer. He is active in his community volunteering with Meals on Wheels, earning him a national service award from AARP recognizing his many hours of service.

Guy Feist

Position

Guy Feist has over 25 years of experience in healthcare property and casualty insurance representing individual private practices and to large multi facility health systems alike. Prior to concentrating on insurance, Guy was in the financial services industry as an Investment Advisor focusing on wealth management and asset protection for physicians. Guy manages the Seeman Holtz Property and Casualty Healthcare Division which represents clients in all 50 states and has over 30 years of industry experience within its staff.

Jason Sussman

Position

Jason Sussman has been a key executive and integral component of the Seeman Holtz Family of Companies since 1999. Prior to Seeman Holtz, Jason was a tennis club owner, a country club tennis director, and a college tennis coach. Jason maintains a significant role in the nationwide growth and expansion of the Seeman Holtz Family of Companies. His long history and proven track record of agency building, sales force training, marketing, management, staffing, and client services have cemented Jason as a vital and esteemed executive of the Seeman Holtz Family of Companies. Jason is the father of triplet boys (two with autism) and a daughter, who love their Saturday family trips to Disney World!

Jennifer Ritman

Position

Jennifer Ritman started her agency Ritman & Associates in 1989 specializing in Professional Liability Insurance for Lawyers (LPLI). She obtained the endorsement from the Indiana State Bar Association in 2001 and in approximately 2008 they started cross-selling commercial business for Law firms. They found Law Firm specific endorsements for the BOP and found that other agents really were not paying attention to this part of the portfolio. This allowed for the agency to become proficient in rounding out the P&C portfolio for law firms to include Fiduciary coverage, Crime coverage, and Cyber coverage. Ritman & Associates has always written other lines of E&O/Professional Liability but has mainly focused on Lawyers.

Justin Wadsworth

Position

Justin Wadsworth heads the Rate Genius Insurance Agency, a member of the Seeman Holtz Family of Companies. Justin is a Texas born native, who has played a key role in the Rate Genius team becoming the midwestern powerhouse they are today. He received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler and has over 10 successful years as a sales and insurance professional. In his spare time, Justin enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with his wife Mamie and son Brock.

Kelli Schulhofer

Position

Kelli Schulhofer began her career in 1985 with the top Farmers Insurance Agency nationwide, where her responsibilities included lead generation and administration duties. After five years, she transitioned to Auto Insurance Specialist as an underwriter working with sales executives and various carriers, implementing quality control methods, and focusing on business retention. Kelli proceeded to take on the Personal Lines manager role at Coast Fed Services in 1995, working her way up to Vice President before moving on to Civil Service Employees Insurance Services where she held the roles of Regional Manager, Regional Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Market Development. Kelli joined National Insurance Solutions, Inc. as Executive Vice President in October 2015, where she was an integral part of the transition team to Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty. She is utilizing her substantial experience in managing and building client relationships, critical problem resolution skills, assessing competitive markets and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies. She leads a dynamic team of insurance professionals dedicated to delivering results to customers, employees, and stakeholders.

Rick Huling

Position

Rick Huling is a co-manager and trainer for Financial Service Advisors in the Financial Division of the Seeman Holtz Family of Companies. He has been in the financial services industry since 2005 and a part of Seeman Holtz since 2011. Before starting his career in financial services, Rick attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. In addition to his knowledge gained throughout his financial services career with Seeman Holtz, Rick’s prior experience includes working with the Foreign Currency Exchange & Stock Markets.

Ryan Edelson

Position

Ryan Edelson is a commercial lines producer for Seeman Holtz Property and Casualty. He is committed to finding solutions for his commercial property & casualty clients and understands that their business is one of their most important assets. His goal is to be a trusted advisor that understands how to use risk management, risk transfer, and alternative solutions to enhance the value of his clients’ balance sheet. Prior to joining the Seeman Holtz team, Ryan graduated from Florida State University’s Risk Management/Insurance program in 2003. Immediately after college, he went to work for Liberty Mutual at their Headquarters in Boston as an underwriter in their National Accounts Division. In 2006, Ryan returned to South Florida to the brokerage side of the business. He worked for Arthur J. Gallagher in Miami for several years in their Public Entity Division handling multi-billion-dollar real estate schedules. Ryan then moved on to Marsh & McLennan Companies and consistently performed among the company’s top producers nationally. Ryan’s top areas of focus and expertise center around Commercial Real Estate, Manufacturing/Distribution, Professional Services, and Non-Profits.

Steve Roth

Position

Steve Roth is a native of Chicago, IL. He graduated from University of Illinois with a B.A. in Political Science. He moved to Florida to earn an MBA from the University of Miami. Steve holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation and has been an insurance agent specializing in property and casualty since 1988. Steve has a long track record as a professional insurance agent since he always puts his client’s best interest first. Steve was the owner/founder of Roth Agency, Inc. since 1988 until it was acquired in 2016 by Seeman Holtz Property and Casualty, Inc. He is married and has two children. He likes to travel, read mystery novels, bicycling, snorkel/scuba, and is an avid fan of blues and jazz music.

Steve Phillips

Position

Steve Phillips is the Vice President of the Midwest Region as well as the current President of First Choice Insurance. He is celebrating 29 years in the insurance industry. Steve is assisting SHPC in developing the Midwest Region by locating and fostering M&A opportunities. Steve began working in the insurance industry in December 1989 by building a scratch agency in the daytime all the while welding Corvette mufflers in the evening. Steve worked both opportunities for 19 months before becoming a full-time captive agency owner in March 1991. We are proud that still today we are a complete full-service agency by servicing all personal lines property and casualty, commercial lines, health and employee benefits, in addition to offering a full array of financial services. Steve is licensed in all lines of business including an Excess & Surplus lines license, in addition to maintaining an active 6 & 63 Securities license.

Terry Sgammato

Position

Terry Sgammato is the Director of Property and Casualty at Seeman Holtz. Before joining the Seeman Holtz team, Terry was the Principal Agent and CEO of Stirling Insurance Services, Inc. Terry currently holds an LUTCF designation, a Series 6 Registration, as well as 2-20 and 215 licenses. He is the Vice President of Independent Agents of Broward County, and an InVest educational board member and instructor. Terry is a University of South Florida graduate, and when he is not in the office, he enjoys fishing, golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family.
